Five Element Cancellation and Tardiness Policies:

Cancellations 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, except in cases of sudden illness, emergency or inclement weather. Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the session, as this time has been set aside specifically for you.

Tardiness

When you arrive late for your appointment it is difficult to provide the quality of experience that I am committed to offering. Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late the session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow your own. Full payment for the session is expected.
